Every change to every file, in date order. Version updates are free to existing buyers — re-download using your original Etsy or Gumroad receipt.
The offer comparison sheet now scores each offer on chain length, buyer funding status and stated timescale, so a higher number isn't automatically the better offer. Existing buyers get the update free — re-download from your Etsy or Gumroad receipt.
The cost plan, variation register and payment-against-progress sheets are built and being tested on two live domestic projects. Release once the final account workflow has been proven on a completed job rather than a spreadsheet demo.
Survey findings can now be logged with an indicative remedial cost and an urgency band, and the total feeds straight into the renegotiation position on the budget sheet.
Two toolkits live, two in build. The plan is a small, maintained set of files covering property and construction admin end to end, rather than a large catalogue of one-off downloads.
Version policy
Minor versions fix formulas and add sheets. Major versions change structure and are announced here first, with a note on whether existing work carries across.
